The UMWA Career Centers, Inc. is pleased to announce the Intro to Mechatronics Program at the state of the art mechatronics training lab located at the UMWA Career Centers, Inc. location in Prosperity, PA.

In order to qualify, you must live in one of the following counties: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Cambria, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Washington and Westmoreland.
Program Highlights:
No Prerequisite Knowledge is needed
Electrical Topics – AC/DC, Motor Controls, Panel Writing
Electronic Topics – Programmable Logic Controls
Mechatronics Topics – Power Transmissions, Hydraulics, Automated Assembly Systems
This programs provides the “hands on” training to make you successful in the ever growing field of Mechatronics. Individuals completing the program will find that they are in demand for positions in industrial maintenance.

Individuals will be accepted into the program on a first come first serve basis.
ATTENDANCE IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Students enrolled in the program can miss no more than three (3) classes. Missing more than three (3) classes will result in course failure.
